 Grapenuine chain:- 

graphing is the process of oral communication It is informal communication. it is a horizontal or vertical communication channel which is related to the person who are associated with information system It is the process of chain process system.

1). Single chain:- It is a single chain. it give the information one by one person in horizontal or maybe vertical (chain system) it is called single chain.

2). Crossing Chain:- It is a circular form chain. it gives the information by one and their person it in around this person and here get the information it is called crossing chain.

3). Probability chain:- It gives the information any one or two person may be not this person interchange the information other it to maybe possible or impossible. It is called probability chain.

4). Cluster chain:- it gives the information any two person these person give the information their relatives and make a new rate relation by their person give the information to AA give give that information to B and C yet be give the information his relatives and his friend create a new relation see give the information his friend D and E create a new relation. It is called cluster chain.
