What is Business Letter and report? (BCA 1 semester)


 Business letters and reports definition:-

"Writing is an art of expressing 1 views ideas facts passing on informants and other formal communication".

                       And

"Writing skill is gained response of thoughts and other facts with high performance so that main issue will be incident  focus".

Stages of letter writing:-

1). Planning the business message.

2). Repairing and editing check message.

3). The first draft.

4). The final draft.

Business crosspondence:-

Letter writing is an art of cross- pondence .

which thus  impress the leader and help in establishing a cordial relationship between parties

1).  A business letter provides a convenient  an in expensive means of communication without personal contract.

2). seeks or give necessary information.

3). provides evidence of transaction.
