 Microsoft Excel definition:-

M.S excel is the spreadsheet that alraw many similarity document code leader of what books which can be added or remove as and when required. Has a grid of column and rows into which you can enter text numericals etc can perform mathematical calculation and show the results you can easily change the constants of the  cell.

Advantage of spreadsheet:-

1). In Excel many bold in function do the complex calculation very easy

3). A graphical  representation of data is possible with the help of graph and chart.

4). He was full information can be imported and exported from packages.

5). A full entries are changed calculation using formulas are automatically done.
