 Definition of transport layer:-

It provides the service to application layer and take service from network layer. It create interaction between OSI network and application layer.it include different protocols which depand on connection less service. It is responsible for process to process network in OSI model. It is transport layer work only data sharing and resource sharing. Data sharing are the different areas and client.

3. Segmentation.

4. Connection oriented service.
